No minimum transaction, I'm fine with buying 1 at a time.
Fees on you if any, but there shouldn't be any for PP F&F EU nor for SEPA, unless your bank has some.
I can also buy with PP G&S, in which case there will be fees, but as far as I know and have observed so far, that should still be less fees than F&F if you're not in EU.
