The gift card is just a code that you apply to your US Amazon account. Once it is applied, that amount is saved to the account until you use it in the future. So if any current or future sales for digital music or games, you can use the gift card credit to purchase said items. But yeah, if you aren't interested, thats fine. Thanks for the reply.
