It is against the rules to downvote without trading expirience (steamtrades rules).

"Trade feedback should only be used to describe your personal trading experience with a user. It should not be used (i) to post negative comments when you disagree with someone's offer, (ii) for revenge or retaliation when someone leaves you negative feedback, or (iii) for unrelated comments or trading experiences not directly involving you."

But this is what this person did. Gave after I´ve been over a decade on steamtrades downvote for nothing and saying I´m using Phishinlinks what is not true. Don´t know this person. I guess it´s a misunderstanding. But thank you very much for letting me know, the link had a blank in the end, I guess happened when I last edited my post. But I´m not a scammer. Please remove downvote, we even didn´t trade anything or I don´t even know you. I will delete my negative vote then aswell.
Where the hell was there a scam attempt?

I want to talk to him to clear out what the problem is, but he blocked me.
Edit: I don´t know what problem this person has. I don´t know him. We never traded. I never scammed anyone. Why "avoid at all cost"? Please don´t ruin my +rep .
He don´t want to talk about, but want to stay in right. The "phishing link" he is talking about leads to nowhere, but just the browsermessage, after you go further there is just page not found. Bad Communitymember, ruins your +rep because he wants to, don´t want to talk about. Stays in the right and knows the truth (but from where?). Better avoid him. Man just go the risk and use that phishing link, there was nothing to phish.

How the hell should someone without braindamage give personal information in a phishing link after he followed my wishlist? Makes absolutely no sense. Please remove.
