I went first,they accepted the trade and they ended up scamming me.
"EDIT, everything he is making up is fake, if you trust this user you will end up getting scammed"
"he showed the screenshots of previous trades i have had with him, he scammed me in later trade and our last trade"
I have complainted against this user in Cybercrime portal and lodged a F.I.R, police will contact this user within 1 week and i will take back my F.I.R report only if this user refunds me and later i will update that here also if he does so."
ALSO PROVE YOUR FAKE CLAIM THAT I REFUNDED ALL THE MONEY I SENT YOU EARLIER WITH SCREENSHOTS.
MR. PRASOON RAJ KAUSHIK who has his bank in SBI INDIA, i am coming for you and so is POLICE AND HDFC bank, you thought i will just let it slide a 32 USD scam, no i won't.
FIR Will be withrawn and taken down only if you refund my money or just be ready for all the legal complications.

Now , today i had more keys to sell him so i sent him a message to trade i sent my qr and then recieved the money then and there i saw that he had refunded all the money he sent me before , i decided to block him there only.
I have traded with people for worth more than 1000+tf2 keys i am not interested in scamming some one out of mere 20 keys if you , at this point states that you are the one scamming for 30+tf2 not me .

EDIT - i asked him hir F.I.R link but he did'nt send me one . i have also filed a complaint against this guy LAKSHAY BAJAJ , for frauds and refunding his payments.

i am not interested in scamming anyone as you can see my rep page i only trade when necessary not on daily basis.
