Never traded with him, he left negative reputation cause he doesn't like my offers. It's easy to say no or ignore instead of leaving bad reputation. I think this is rude from him.

Mixed up the game offered on the first try, no response at all when trying to find an alternative even though the user was active. At least the key could still be secured from misuse - still frustrating.
