This person tried to get a full refund on 2 keys of The Day Before when he knew that the studio closed and that the game was delisted, understanding exactly what it means to trade for those kinds of games. He activated one for himself, which obviously worked, and resold the other key for a higher profit. He attempted to get me to compensate him for 98% of what he initially offered.

I spent 2 hours trying to come to an agreement with him (https://imgur.com/a/dmwHrAq), at some point offering a 65% refund for both keys (22 TF2), even though he resold one for greater profit, and he kept refusing and trying to make me slave away on Alienware to compensate him the full amount. He even threatened to -rep anyway, even if he got the refund unless I got him exactly what he wanted.

In the end, I decided not to offer him any refund since he kept refusing my goodwill and pushing his ways rudely. I don't believe I'm even liable in the first place, with the game being fully nuked out of existence for all users, whether they bought it from the official store or unofficial sources. Notably, anyone who bought it from an unofficial store didn't get a refund.

One more thing, he kept lying to me and to the friend he mentioned, saying to each of us that we agreed upon a certain amount when none of us did.
I'll also add that I made 0 profit from this trade as I only did a favor for a friend. I was planning to add some keys on my own as part of the refund. If that's relevant or not, I'll leave it up to you.
PS: The source of the keys was payment by the devs for work, so unlike what this person says, they were not free, as in anyone could have gotten them.
