I received a non working key for Mass Effect Legendary. User doesn't anser my request to replace it. I will change this -Rep when he answers me and fix the issue.

didn't visit steamtrade a long time, as another absurd trader didn't obey rule and left -rep, it's a good timing to explain this incidentally ,with PROOF.
have 2 Mass Effect keys before, after trade with this trader and he said thanks for trade, i think everything is ok.
than i trade with another trader Sade Rush, he instantly report the issue of redeeming Mass Effect key at first, just like these 2 images.

when i thought about how to compensate them , Sade Rush found that Mass Effect was actually in his library. it seems like technical problem or sth that it prompt error message when redeeming code, but it did grants you the game. So we completed trade in the end,like URL below .

and after like 2 or 3 days, kittykate started saying the code is error !! so should gave other games to him,but didn't show his orgin library to me. If there's really any issue happen , why not reported it when doing the game exchange?? why just spamming but not show me the proof ?
As i realized Mass Effect key was indeed valid just like above mentioned case , plus he just kept repeating that i've to give more games,can't trust him anymore.
if i didn't do trade with Sade Rush i might just compensated him some games. Don't know, maybe cause i'm a newbie so have opportunity to take advantage lol ?
