This person's account seems to have been compromised. I'm not sure how but there is a scammer going around changing his username after every successful scam and the steamtrades page of every trader he imitates leads back to his steam account, which is private even if you've added him as a friend.
Perhaps this is common info for those who regularly trade but leaving this here in case someone is unaware.
Anyway, this profile is one of the scammer's victims so don't trade with it until the actual owner rectifies the situation.

Just got scammed by this guy. Yes i crosschecked the linked account and the steam account that i added. Sent him a key first as i'm the one with the lowest rep. He blocked me, never sent me anything.
