I need to change this review because I felt really bad with this users. He is not a scammer, but he basically forces you to opt in with his vision. First trade he proposed me two trashy games I agreed to trade with, because I had keys sitting here, the games were missing from my library and I thought he really wanted those games even if the games he was offering had no interest for me.
But after that he couldn't accept the fact I was not keeping him in my friend list, while I told him several times I only keep people from my real life here. He was trying to make me feel bad and emotionally guilt for it.
Yesterday he added me for a trade again, I was on my Steam Deck, saw the notification, added him and turned Steam Deck off because I couldn't chat, it was night and I also had a problem. He then wrote me here on Trades telling he waited for hours, than in the steam chat, while it's not that we fixed a hour to meed or something. He told me if I unfriended him again he was done with me, so ok, I gave him the keys for the trades a we agreed and removed him, because I can't really feel bad each time this user contacts me.

Absolutely done with this website, full of users like this one who try to guilt you into taking games you dont want. Yes I like certain genres of games, no I dont want every single game out there that may fall into those genres.
Also tried to make me feel guilty by saying he voted to remove my negative review from someone who has clearly scammed before. So Im done caring about my rep here thanks to toxic users like this one. Go ahead, negative review me too. I wont be back to this website, reddit is far less toxic with way better trades.
TLDR: If you dont say yes to trading with this user they will guilt you and manipulate you. Nice person my ass.

Traded Fallout Classic Collection for CardLife.
The seller disclosed that the game was removed from Steam, but failed to mention that the servers have been shut down, making the game unlaunchable and completely unplayable.
I initially gave the seller the benefit of the doubt and informed him about this issue afterward. Despite being notified, he continued offering CardLife to other traders on multiple occasions without warning them about its unusable state. He also denied having additional copies, even though he later offered the game publicly.
To be clear, he is not a scammer in the sense of providing invalid keys. His keys do work. However, I agree with others that his behavior is concerning and, in my honest opinion, unethical. My trust in him broke when he kept offering CardLife to other potential traders without disclosing that it no longer works. Even though I want to believe he didn't know beforehand when trading with me, his continued behavior makes that hard to accept. In trading communities, credibility is everything.
Another issue: when he begins a trade with you, he does not show his full list. Only if you decline his initial offer does he then reveal two more lists containing undeniably higher-value games. This suggests he is trying to offload weaker titles first, which is unfair since most traders provide their full lists upfront. Ironically, rejecting his first offers is more beneficial, because only then will he show everything he actually has.
Additionally, he remains polite and friendly as long as the conversation goes his way. However, once things deviate from what he wants, his behavior changes quickly. It can become manipulative, guilt-tripping, hostile, sarcastic, or emotionally manipulative (using topics like war, age, nostalgia, generosity, etc.). At one point, I genuinely felt I wasn’t being treated as a human being anymore.
Lastly, if you don’t want to take our word for it and think we might simply be too sensitive, feel free to verify it elsewhere. Visit the Fanatical Discord trading community. He used to be a member there as well. He was banned from that server not because his keys failed, but because of his behavior. He is the only person who has ever been banned from that community. That fact alone speaks volumes. If in doubt, ask the moderators. No offense intended, just supporting our claims with verifiable info.

TL;DR: He’s not a scammer, but his behavior is questionable.
Since many people have shared negative experiences with him recently, I feel it’s my turn to add mine.
One of my first experiences with him was already problematic. The key he provided didn’t work because it had already been redeemed. I followed all his instructions to prove I was telling the truth, including sending screenshots and providing proof from my Steam licenses page (https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/). He then offered me a different game, but I encountered the same issue again — the key was already used.
At that point, he accused me of lying and claimed I was activating the keys on alternative Steam accounts to get free games from him. He insisted he had never had issues with that store before and said the situation looked “very suspicious.” He even claimed he would contact Steam’s security department to verify activation dates, implying there would be consequences if the keys were redeemed “today,” while assuring me I had nothing to fear if my conscience was clear. He also repeatedly suggested I might be using alt accounts.
Eventually, he did provide a working key. When I asked what actually went wrong, his response was essentially: “Wasn’t our trade successfully completed already? You got two valid keys; the rest is my own problem.” Despite explicitly calling me a liar earlier, he never acknowledged his mistake or apologized.
A few days later, I messaged him about a Mouthwashing key I saw on his list. I made it very clear that I didn’t know what I could offer in return and that I didn’t want to push him into an unfair or unreasonable trade.
He replied that, based on gg.deals, the game was worth about 5€, and that he was willing to give me the key in advance if I promised he could choose something of equal value from my list in the future. He emphasized that this was based on trust and that he considered me a fair trader.
I told him I planned to buy Humble Choice January 2025, so he could later pick something from there. Despite this, he later chose some games from my existing list before I even owned that bundle. Later on, when I sent out a general offer to multiple traders: offering an extra free game if someone could get me DreadOut 2, which he didn’t have and didn't want to get for me, he refused. He then complained that I wasn’t willing to give him Sonic Frontiers, a game he clearly wanted more.
This led to more guilt-tripping messages about how he gave me Mouthwashing “without any terms or deadlines” as a sign of trust, and how happy I was to receive it so easily. The reality is that I never asked him to reveal the key immediately, not even reserve that game for me, never pressured him into choosing games early, and had already explained I would be getting January Choice. Still, he blamed me afterward, suggesting I could have repaid the “debt” more generously if I wanted to.
Eventually, he ended the conversation by saying he was grateful for our trades but that we should move on, adding comments about being poor and implying I could easily find “kinder” traders willing to buy me any game I want.
I respected that and cut contact: I blocked him on Discord and removed him from my Steam friends list. After that, he complained publicly on SteamTrades about me doing so.
For additional context, here’s proof from the official Fanatical Discord server explaining why he was permanently banned:
- There’s always a stack of other messages and users considered. By now we have 7–8 reports on the user manipulating others.
- We never kick anyone for a simple -rep or two. We investigate every claim.
- In his case, there were many reports, all pointing to the same pattern: being nice at first, then attempting to shame or manipulate users, harassment, and general toxicity.
There are also multiple public -rep comments from other users describing similar experiences: being called liars, receiving no apology after misunderstandings, being guilt-tripped for not accepting “free” keys, and being accused of bad intentions when setting boundaries.
He also frequently uses emotional arguments, such as:
- referring to the war in Ukraine, since he is from there,
- accusing others of lacking empathy,
- implying people in peaceful countries are “pampered.”
Even if heartfelt, this kind of framing raises the emotional pressure and can feel like guilt-tripping.
Similarly, instead of asking for clarification, he often accuses:
- “Maybe the problem is that you have some personal dislike towards him?”
- “How can you explain that…?”
These statements imply bad faith rather than encouraging honest discussion.
TL;DR: He’s not a scammer, but his behavior is manipulative, accusatory, and often emotionally pressuring.
