100% Scammer
He was advertising that he is selling an OW account. I have added him, started discussing about the account. I was interested about the account and asked him for the name and he gave me an inapproriate name, then I asked him for the Blizzard ID which is the 4 digits at the end of the name so I could look up stats of the OW. At first he didn't want to give me them but later he did. I was convinced by then that he wanted to scam me. When he gave me the id, I wasn't able to search it up because there wasn't an account by that name. When i told him that account like that doesn't exist he put a sad face and after that he removed/blocked me on steam. (Btw, He got a VAC ban today on his steam account)
