We did a trade, but one of the keys turned out to be already used. When I let him know, he claimed it was impossible, but the key was definitely used. This wasn't my first time buying from him. He did give me a refund, but he called me 'bad' and removed me from his friends list. I don't know what his problem is, but yeah, this was my experience with this trader.
