Tried to scam me as the chrome addon warning of scammers on reddit didnt work right. I also mistook him as someone else adding me on steam and thats partially my fault. Thankfully his scam method this time was faulty. If you find this page and he just tried to scam a code you redeem through Geforce, GO AND USE IT RIGHT AWAY and link your account. He failed to fully claim it by clicking through and I saved myself. I GOT LUCKY. Be careful out there.
Oh and yes, all his reps on steam are faked/private accounts. Super bad. Didn't realize this till after checking into it.

Just got a pm from a post from the subreddit steamgameswap under the username /u/horny_shark
Every "+rep" on his profile is fake, the profiles were either private, or straight up fake. There's one of them that mentions that the person bought a game (I won't say wich one because he'll probably delete it if I do) from him. I went to this guy's profile to check if he actually had the game. To my surprise he did have it, but he purchased it way before he made that comment on horny_shark's profile (a 2 year difference, if not more according to his first screenshot related to the game).
To further prove my point, there's another mention of that username along with the words scammer here on steamtrades.
If you are indeed trading with this individual, be careful.
