-rep CAUTION does not actually own a giftable copy of any of the games he states he has, from experience with him I was clumsy enough to go first only to be met with the response "I don't know how to send you the game" and after a long offline pause that concerned me saying that his internet went out (undersandable). The rest of the conversation was me trying to explain that a game cant just be traded from the steam library and told him that he has to buy it as a tradeable/giftable copy in order to give it to me. And so after I was met with no response only seeing the away message.
