Doesnt have all the games he lists as a friend told me, and doesnt add you and blatantly ignores you, a common troll.

EDIT: I originally had this listed as positive feedback. We made an agreeement for a few games. I would give him keys and he would give me the game codes.
We did the games one at a time and I rounded up and gave him the benefit of the doubt as we went through the first 2 games. When the last game came up because I had given him the most keys for the first 2 I only had to give him 1 key for the remaining game. He told me that he just noticed that he didn't have that game anymore and would have another copy by the next day. He requested that I leave positive feedback here right away and I saw no reason not to. He ignored my messages and made no attempt to contact me over the next bunch of days though. I ended up finding the game luckily enough from someone else for 1 key though so I didn't lose much except time.
I discovered some more games that I'd like from him later on though. So I tried to re-add him on Steam and left messages on his profile. He declined my friend requests and deleted the profile messages.
Anyways, the last thing he ever said to me was that he would get the game and contact me which he never did. He also went out of his way to ignore me for no reason.
I'm changing this to a negative review based on him going back on his trading promise and then ignoring me without explanation.
