[my idea been - try told to person not made REALY UNFAIR trade offers! but this tricks works sometimes for he - so he try made it again and again]

this scammer try cheat me with simple way:

write to my post in Traders Guild
then when I select his game [Heavy burger]
then he ask Redout for it
Im ask him is he think what offer is fair he sayd "yep its not honest if talk honestly"
Im ask him not waste our time and made fair offer [he sayd what honestly not like racing games - no one ask he what he like or not - and now he not need Redout anymore]
next day he ask Figment key for his Heavy burger - after I decline he sayd what better he buy it in gray market with cheap price
[so he to scum me but try and wast my time... even I ask him tradefair or not wast our time...]

so why I angry - Im realyangry becorse seen not ferst time how he sharking new traders in steam
and there he try use this tricks on me [again and again]
so new traders in danger [he not planing change his tricks]
I think unfair offer= SCAM!

many of users angry on me on my offers - but all times i offer games from your wishlist - and there not way to be angry but way to made counter-offer or just decline
there i told to him about fair and not fair offers - but its not stop him
we must protect new traders from this kind persons !

[how its works:

• SCAMMER send to NOT A SCAMMER offer your "freebe" for his key
• NOT A SCAMMER send ferst but he wait when you activate his keys
• then SCAMMER activate your key on acout for cards farming and says: "your key not works"
• NOT A SCAMMER will send offcours more keys for SCAMMER`s farm accounts [SCAMMER know what NOT A SCAMMER have a lot of this keys and will not made troubles about this "not working"cheap keys case]
• sometimes 3 or 4 keys enough for SCAMMER
• if NOT A SCAMMER sure what his keys must be ok and not want send more keys SCAMMER says what NOT A SCAMMER is A SCAMMER
• any "-reps" any "alarms" he easily CLEAN [YEP STEAMTRADES NOT WORKS ORDINARY] with his farm accounts

I have pack of this hb keys
ferst letter of hb keys from this pack starts as number then they go in alphabetic order... [1xxx-xxx-xxx then axxx-xxx-xxx then bxxx-xxx-xxx etc]
ferst key what Im send to this "gentleman" started woth letter "I" [ITS BEEN FRESHEST KEY WHAT IM TAKE JUST FEW MINUTS BEFORE! and offcorse he says my key not works]
other keys started with numbers i take them yesterday
after this i try my next key from this list in my other account AND OFFCORSE ITS WORKS!

Im realy hate this kind of childish tricks

at this moment i still wait answer from chinese developers [but even if they will give me another key for beta I sure key will be revorked after full realise of game - this gentleman not want this kind of key]
