• Im think its a someone another second account and trade with him pretty dangereus becorse no one can says where he will activate your key

My opinion in complete story:
Why Im think his account looks like alt account of other trader:

• He have just 1 complete trade in barter [https://barter.vg/u/8cd2/o/5209364/] But he know how barter works [how counter offers and disputes and reps works]
• He have 6 years old account with just 3 friends [and they all traders] [when we trade he have this person in friends too https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198027585832]
  So he / she have just 1 positive review there / just 3 steam friends but he realy sure what he must trade only with 100% profit [2 your games for 1 his game / your higher walue game for his lower priced game only]

Our trade story:

• He offer to me 2 my games for his 1 game [he must got 100% profit] https://barter.vg/u/44d1/o/5217409/
• Im made counter offer [1$ game for another 1$ game] https://barter.vg/u/44d1/o/5217418/#comments
• His keys works fine my key [he says] not works
• [As I sayd Im suspect what its a someone alt account but Im ready for replace] But he ask for replace 2 games [with1$ cost each]
• Im offer to him 1 game with 1$ cost [like his and my games have] but he says "its not fair" and he ask game for replace with cost 1,6$
• Im says what if he want REALY fair trade let he take something IN SAME price [1$ game for 1$ game]
• He delete me / he write negative review there / he starts dispute on barter
• He not allow my friends requests in steam / not allow any discuss / not allow any fix

My opinion its someone alt account and trade with him bring to you many risks and unfair trade
