Total scam! Went first and payed 8 USD on paypal and then he stopped responding. Said exact same thing to me as the other negative feedback claim.
SteamGifts have been notified, they'll take down this scammer soon enough.
CraftGamerPT took $8.54 USD from me with paypal and then pretended that he didn't get the money and never sent me my games.
