Scammer! Was going to buy ARK from him, first he said that he wants 40 euros via Paypal. Then he said he wants my cases from PUBg, then he said that my rocket league items might interest him. He wanted to milk everything off me for a scam. Then when I said i will only do cases, he wanted me to go first when he has 0 rep, also calls me an idiot for not going first because of his profile and reputation.

Definetely not legit. Do not trade.
