Well, it all started with a post (created by him) in an exchange topic, in that post the suspect was offering Garrys mod in exchange for offers, I offered Rising storm GOTY, he then added me and there in the chat we reached an agreement; I give him the Rising Storm and he sends me the Garrys mod ... it was not quite what happened! He sent me a fake activation key (from another game 'that I already had'), I warned him that he was wrong, he then promised me a CSGO Skin, we closed another deal.
