I accepted his offer on barter, got the game he wanted and he canceled the trade 3 hours later before I had a chance to log in steam. In these 3 hours he kept sending offers and completed a similar trade with somebody else.
He cancels 25% of the offers he receives and accepts and 28% of the offer he sends and are accepted.
