So as I sad, I did make an offer to user BERMUADA1997, u can check it on his page.

I saw a notification that I've got a new friend invite, I did'nt add him instantly. I go on ST and saw that he agrees with my offer(lucky got screenshot from offline page on smartphone). Only after that I add him on steam and make a trade offer 1tf2k as a gift(it shows in steam chat).

After that later I checked ST again and surprisely detect that user EDIT his message(as I know later he do it all time), and now its mean that he wants more for this trade. I decline trade offer on steam. I was disappointed not about rising of price but cuz he didn't message me anywhere didn't decline offer, just edit his original message, which did not reflect the reality of the ongoing negotiations.
So I decide -rep him to warn other users about such kind probability of trades with user.

After that, he contact me in steam, u can see what he writes(got screenshot).

Than I checked ST and saw that he uses 3(later it will be 4) multiaccounting to reviewbombing me with -rep(u can check it on my page + screenshot to detect his bots).

I guess user didn't read the guidlines cuz he able to knows about this kind of rules that correctly said: "Users are limited to one account per person, and accounts should not be shared.", and "Trade feedback should only be used to describe your personal trading experience with a user. It should not be used (i) to post negative comments when you disagree with someone's offer, (ii) for revenge or retaliation when someone leaves you negative feedback".

At the end, please note that his latest message with “-rep,” touches on national identity, which has nothing to do with our disagreements.
And for that hwo believes him just look at that strange CHANGES xDD

I really don't care if thats -rep will stay on my page, i hope it will be greate if someone from administration check this user and his multiaccounts.

Hi, I did not agree to any deal with this user. He was offering a very low price. I added him on Steam to discuss, but I hadn't checked http://GG.deals prices at that time. Later I got an offer for my entire bundle from another buyer, so I decided not to sell him a single key at his price and sold the full bundle instead. He got angry and left a negative rep on my profile. No deal was ever confirmed
