So here is the story:
I've added this guy to ask about steam-family-sharing, he told me stuff, I appreciate this.
A couple of weeks later he asked me to -rep some guy on this site, cause he was a scammer and said that he has proofs, if I need, so I asked about proofs, he didn't answer, I asked again, he just stopped replying(you can see this part on screenshot, not all story unfortunately).
And than, today, he asked me to +rep him cause someone -rep him there, I get here and see Scorpy's review "LOWBALLER & SCAMMER"... So I decided i have to make my part here. I also think this user is at least shady. I also have seen he was talkin' shit about some users in Steam Family Sharing discussions, like they were scammers and liars.
