MOST LIKELY A SCAMMER. I have added him to my friend list and when he accepted it, he has messaged me and we started the trade by him asking if I have the game that he wanted in this case (The Isle), and I have replied with yes, then I proceeded to ask which way is the game he is offering (ARK) will be traded either Gift/Cd-Code and he proceeded saying that there is another way to trade games and just started making up stuff that isn't true. When I have explained it to him that there isn't a way to trade a game if it is already on your steam account, he told me that you're able and then he proceeded to remove/block me from his friend list.
