in the second proof, u guys can see the year and steam level as of 10/4/2022.unfortunately i didnt take the ss of discord before. Also if this was a fake -rep post , noone is stupid to accuse someone of a game that they already have 4.4 hr , as it can be seen on public stats,now if he makes the game hour private, i cant do anything .

The thing is i got fucked the minute i gifted him the game and this is the only proof i can give.
I m gonna chargeback from my credit card, it will probably ban my alt along with his main id for fraudulent activity, but my alt isnt worth much, and even if it was, i would have like to see him go down with it.

Secondly , this user tried to scam me on discord by offering to trade and gave a random questionable link tried to scam me, I blocked him and he gave me a -rep in here.
Edit : Now again he created a fake account in my name , added in all my details to make it look like me.. nice job! If it were my real discord account , it would have shown my steam account and twitch account as I have it connected and enabled it to public on my profile
In his second proof, that isn't even his account. I have everything listed as Public all the time.
Edit : In the proof he submitted, You can see I have played it for 4.4 hours and in the proof I submitted it's obvious I last played it on Jul 4 . So, it's clear that he's lying and trying to frame me. Rest all I'll let you decide.
The latest message on that discord post is 7:49 PM , right now it's 8:57 PM . Even If I install and start playing the moment you gifted me, I wouldn't have gotten 4.4 hours. Completely void accusation.

During the exchange, this user said that the key that I gave him is not activated in his country and said that he needs to go eat and disappeared, I suggested replacing the key (although I was sure that the key was working). To which he replied that one more key is not needed and the game is not activated in his country. After I gave the "not activated in India key" to my friend, it turned out to be used.
I want to clarify one thing. I've never disappeared and still am in his friends list. He gave me a key that was already activated. When I sent him a screenshot showing the website gave me an error when I activated his code, he straight up gave me another key which I didn't want to activate. So I just told him I'm not interested in making the trade as I wasn't sure of his keys. And it was way above my dinner time so I told him in the chat that I want to go eat and be right back but he prolly didn't listen.
