-rep promising fake giveaways by baiting into inviting people into his shitty groups, i suggest you report him. apparently he is not trustworthy on trades either. he promised cod ww2 with season pass. On the discord group he mentioned to not speak of the giveaway. And then comes up with a lame excuse:
"Fired from Nova Agency..
13 MAY - SEPTICSLITHER
Hey guys!

Some are here for a WW2 giveaway. Unfortunately I have just been fired from Nova Agency and the COD WW2 key is no longer in my posession."

The steam group in question is not that one. If you promess to do a giveaway, dont back up your word on it after the finishing date(12may)
"

Not to mention he also has an ugly vac ban as well. I'd say never trust this guy.

He also deleted all bad rep comment on his steam profile, for obvious reasons, obviously.
I got more proof of him too, acting as a baby as well.

I've been "friends" with him for a long time. Many many times he said either if I don't give him a game he'd kill himself, I never did give him any games because I knew he was just scamming me, and he scams other people so he can get stuff like H1Z1. He fishes for complements by spamming groups and he attempts to make himself look good. I asked him why and he instantly muted me on discord and will no longer respond. I do not trust this guy. He also forces people to give him +reps so that they don't get banned or "hacked". He is a horrible person. Never, ever trust him

So we started off well, he seemed friendly enough. We agreed that if I bought him Oxygen Not Included that he would give me some PUBG item that was worth £17 - £18. After a bit of discussion we agreed that if I bought him the game that he would sell the item himself and buy me games equivalent to £17 - £18. After I bought him the game, he then messaged me a few hours later saying that supposedly his 'friend' wanted the item for his birthday, and asked me to refund the gifted item since he didn't have the money to buy me the games as of yet. I did so, refunding the game and cancelling the deal.

The next day he messaged me begging for the game, he said that his friend would buy the item off him for £25, which I would then receive (extra money from the fuck up the previous day) and also agreed to purchase a Stick Fight: The Game for me if I bought the game now as a little bonus. Seeing as this guy was acting fairly friend I bought him the game and then he blocked me, and then he sets his profile to private. He then decided to change his Steam Username so I couldn't find him again and then make his account public again. Nice try buddy.

Chat from when he scammed me, you can also see here that his name was Slither but changed it to Pubgee: https://i.imgur.com/mr5gsy3.png
