He stole me 13 keys and then blocked me. Also made the profile private. Going to open case at steamrep too.

Simply a scammer. Was supposed to gift me 6 games (for about 21€) and instead of this, I got only one (for 4€). He blocked me and ran with the rest of the 10 TF2 keys I had to pay first. See this for proof.
