I'll tell you what happened:
The games involved are, DiRT 3 Complete Edition (my game), GRID 2 and DiRT Rally (his games)

Note 2: I can't access the steam chat because he deleted me, so there is no way I can show the conversation to you
Yesterday afternoon (10/12 - Brazil), I was in the browser and I received a message in the steamtrades, I went to look and I realized that it was the following proposal:

I added he on Steam so we could talk about the trade.
He accepted me on Steam and we started talking. He asked which game besides GRID 2 I would want, I chose the DiRT Rally and I accepted the proposal.
He asked me if I wanted it in key format or the giftlink, I said I wanted the giftlink as it would be safer, and he sent the giftlink for me...
I then, I sent my key so he could test it before I opened the giftlink.
He replied that my key was duplicated. I asked if he was true, he replied yes. I was a little sad to know that I couldn't make the switch, I apologized to him, and he expected me to buy another DiRT 3 Complete Edition key to trade with him.
After that, he didn't answer me and exclude me from the steam (I thought maybe he thought I was trying to scam him). I went to my topic and his topic to ask him to add me again:

I was waiting and nothing ...
I thought my key had already been used, but when I entered his profile this morning (13/10 - Brazil), I came across the following:

He has the game on the account, has approximately 3 hours of gameplay and the last time he was logged in was about 22h (from the moment I am making this complaint (14h GMT)).
Note 3: he blocked me in steam / did not accept my friend requests and did not reply to my messages on steamtrades...

If he contacts me to give me the two games he owes me or to prove to me that he bought someone else's game, I come back here and remove this report, otherwise I was scammed...

Vou contar o ocorrido:

Observação 2: não consigo acessar o chat pois ele me excluiu, então não tem como eu mostrar a conversa para vocês
Na tarde de ontem (dia 12/10 - Brasil), eu estava no navegador e recebi 1 mensagem no steamtrades, eu fui olhar e percebi que era a seguinte proposta:

Eu adicionei ele na Steam para que pudessemos conversar sobre a troca.
Ele me aceitou na Steam e começamos a conversar. Perguntou qual jogo além do GRID 2 eu iria querer, escolhi o DiRT Rally e aceitei a proposta.
Ele me perguntou se eu queria em formato de key ou o giftlink, eu disse que queria o giftlink pois seria mais seguro, e ele enviou o giftlink...
Eu então, enviei a minha key para que ele pudesse testá-la antes de eu abrir o giftlink.
Ele me respondeu dizendo que a minha key estava duplicada. Eu perguntei se era verdade, ele respondeu que sim. Eu fiquei um pouco triste de saber que não conseguiria realizar a troca, eu pedi desculpas a ele, e que ele esperasse eu comprar outra key de DiRT 3 Complete Edition para trocar com ele.
Após isso, ele não me respondeu e me excluiu da steam (eu pensei que talvez ele achasse que eu estivesse tentando scammar ele). Eu fui então, ao meu tópico e no tópico dele para pedir que ele me adicionasse novamente:

Eu fiquei na espera e nada...
Eu pensei que a minha key já havia sido usada, porém, quando eu entrei no perfil dele hoje de manhã (13/10 - Brasil), eu me deparei com o seguinte:

Ele está com o jogo na conta, tem aproximademente 3 horas de gameplay e a última vez que ele esteve conectado foi há aproximadamente 22h (do momento que estou fazendo essa denúncia (14h horário de Brasília)).
Observação 3: ele me bloqueou na steam/não aceita meus pedidos de amizade e não responde minhas mensagens no steamtrades...

Se ele entre em contato comigo para me dar os dois jogos que ele me deve ou para me provar que comprou o jogo de outra pessoa, eu volto aqui e removo essa denúncia, caso contrário, eu fui realmente "roubado"...
