This trader had a finalized deal with me for a csgo skin+2 hydra keys for some of his games. I brought those as per his demand and he had agreed to wait till the cooldown was to be over and then we could trade the games. He had told me that he would reserve his games for me. I even repeated the games to make sure that they were reserved for me.
His Comment on my post finalising a deal for the division
Then one day he messages me that he "accidentally" sold one of the games in the deal. I agreed to drop the hydra keys off the deal and would trade rest of the games for the csgo skin. He agreed.
Then out of nowhere, he starts telling me that he found out that I am a reseller(which I'm not currently) and it would break humble bundle policy and put his PayPal account to risk. This was just an excuse since he has traded with resellers in the past and had no problems then. I feel that this was him just making excuses to back out of the deal. Even trading of games/selling for other items is against humble bundle policy, so I know the excuse made before is just a lie.
I have already brought the skins and keys for him and they can't be refunded. This trader did not stay true to his word and left me hanging. I would definitely avoid trading with this trader and would like to warn the community of such behaviour of this trader.
But now that I think of it after going through chat screenshots again, we can see after "accidentally selling mgsv, he was gonna sell kerbal too, but this time, he did the decency to ask. This shows that this trader has repeated pattern to try to sell games even after giving his word that he was gonna reserve those.
If you wanted more that what we had discussed upon, you should had just asked me JAC, going behind my back, "accidentally" selling games to other people and leave me hanging is not a good thing to do.

You cant just simply deny to trade once ive brought the items for you. This is just not fair for me, since the items are non refundable and I am stuck with it. I did not know about your policy and i did not scroll that down when you showed me your list.
I backed out of this deal because HE FAILED TO FOLLOW MY RULES AND THE RULES OF HUMBLE!
Please read humble bundle rules, they also say you are not allowed to sell/trade games, then why are you doing that. Hypocrisy at its finest. And sorry to break it to you JAC, the trader you mentioned isnt the only reseller you traded with. Enough with your false excuses.
The thing here is you backing out of the deal when I have already brought the items for you on your request. The main thing here which is you are not a person of your word and cannot be trusted.

What happened when you were trying to trade with this person, didnt this trader already had both of the games that he asked for? That didnt seem to stop you then

I didn't sell a game that I reserved for you, nor have I sold any others that you asked for either.
You were still trying to sell behind my back, leaving me out with that skin which I have no use for. The reserved games were in the titles of your posts.
He knew my policy long before I had cancelled the deal. It was written on not one, but BOTH of my trade posts. Bmalone is an exception as he wanted keys and disclosed that he was not reselling the keys I traded to him.
He (V1k1ng) failed to dislose that he was a reseller to me and I had to find out myself. I have had advice from my peers that I met on here and they said to back out before my keys end up on G2A and humble finds out, therefore freezing my paypal from purchasing on humble and also causing me to lose access to my games that I own.... This trader has a history of selling on G2A.

If a person plans on reselling my key, then I simply back out of the trade. I have denied trades like this before, because those people have had the respect and curtousy to let me know they plan on risking my account
It seems that this trader failed to read that disclosure on reputation reviews too..... I have screenshots of proof of him reselling and also looking to purchase games from me that he already has copies of. (Reseller???) They will be posted when I get back home from my vacation.
Edit: I never sold mgsv behind your back. I had sold it long before we spoke and never realized I kept it on the list. So when I went to double check that I had your gift links, one of the mgsv games was already redeemed. I didn't sell a game that I reserved for you, nor have I sold any others that you asked for either.
