Paid him the cash through paypal, didn't recieved the game! He wrote he was scammed and blocked me! Never again!

He didn't return me my keys like he said he would on friday. He's a liar and untrustworthy. He even asked somebody what can be the consequences for his actions - so he's really without a conscience.
