I wrote that he was "New to trading" because he is, he then edited his rep for me to say this same thing. I won't change my upvote but I will say that he was unavailable and unreliable. I've traded with many people all over the world and only he took 2 weeks to get ahold of to complete the trade.

There were several times I considered giving him negative rep and saying he is a flaky and unreliable trader but did not.
