Made some bad offers and then -repped me when I declined. I don't even counter offers, and it's immature that people vengefully -rep just cause you didn't take on their bad offer.

i gave him some bundled games and he promised me to give bundled game worth 15$ game(he provided dead insurgency key). hasn't delivered on the deal he agreed to even after 2 months. NOT trustworthy at all. i have tried to contact him he just ignores me. IF he does give me game as promised, i'll change the feedback.
