He is re-selling DRM-Free games by lending/trading his accounts to other users whom in turn download the said games and pay him. This IS most certainly a scam, those people are basically paying for pirated games. This is not only against the rules, I'm pretty sure it's actually illegal.

I jumped into this trade him messaging me. When he invited me to a trade I got a warning that he scammed someone before. So I came to check his profile on here.
This guy is trustworthy. It just goes to show people on steam can be dicks and try to ruin you if you dont give in to their shitty deals.
