No way on earth this user is a scammer although he did not continue trading and is highly inactive. Regardless, if he continues trading:
Be careful when taking his keys as I did not and only checked -for most games- if those games were the ones that were supposed to be. Most of them turned out as duplicates. Given they are also in the user's library I tend to believe he thought they were extras but he used them already.

I wrote him about it but didn't get a reply. Had to remove him back due to space anyway. We can say I gifted 80€ worth of games on the house. No hard feelings.
