Cautionary Negative [Pending Response from Trader]

My trade with chancedoo was ultimately confusing. While they provided several extra low-value games that worked (and that I didn't ask for but still appreciated), their communication was inefficient.
The main issue is that two key games from our agreement (Hogwarts Legacy and The Invincible) were also sent to another trader. I learned of the duplicate keys from the other trader, and while it could have been an accident, chancedoo has not replied to my messages to clarify the situation. Afaik, he has replaced the keys for the other trader but I am yet to receive the same treatment. Currently, it's know than the two aforementioned games are indeed duplicates.
The other games I received matched our agreement, but I am now verifying if they are also duplicates. I will provide a follow-up if I discover anything further.
