_REP - USER HAS A SCAMMER CONDUCT!
I sent him a free region gift as previously combined and then this user started to behave like a kid or a troll trying to scamming me for obtain another game,with an argumentation that I sent him a region locked gift. I took screenshots from chat and from his inventory after the transation was made (although I see these prints don't have a relevant worth).
First time I have such kind of problem trading on steam community and I wouldn't expect this would come from a user with +20 level and plentyof positive reputation.
This was an odd, annoying but still fun negociation reading his scammer talk. The user left a
-rep im my steam profile, and I'll leave his feedback there for the sake of have a complete report of all transations I made on steam.

Waste of time spammer and blackmailer. Will post something like this to your trade thread, asking you to look over a bunch of his games to trade with yours.
Then after wasting your time doing that, he'll post something like this telling you he didn't actually want your games, he just wants you to buy his.
As a bonus, he will try to blackmail you with tons of fake negative feedback if you -rep him for wasting your time. Reported him to mods for feedback abuse. AVOID.
