He is most certainly a scammer and tried to steal my Death of the Outsider key
He accepted my barter offer and asked me to go first but when I mentioned his negative rep on steamtrades and his currently mediated offer on barter he removed me and canceled the offer

edit : He said he would give me a global key, but that key doesn't work in Europe or North America as well as in my country. It is assumed that it is Russian. He refused to solve the problem.
