Originally thought the transaction went well. I paid paypal first and then he traded. However, the item he sold me as a ROW copy is restricted. He asked me to wait until it was released to see if it "fixes". South Park is out and I am down money with a useless RU restricted copy instead of the ROW copy we agreed to. If he fixes the issue I will delete this negative review but no response so far after he deleted me from his friend list.
