background story:
the trade was SW Kotor I+II(steam gifts) for his Bombshell EVGA
his key didn't work - my gifts (star wars) were already taken.
we discussed options about giving me some amount of compensation(cards , games)
he's just ignored me and stopped communication and didn't try to suggest solutions nor accept mine - after i ran out of options i've decided he deserve a -rep due to his lack of responsibility towards the trade.
he was nice and all smooth talk but thats not enough.
Update: the trade was 8 months ago, this guy came today to talk about removing the -rep thing, I'VE decided to say the truth to his face, thats not the place for him, thats not a trader behaviour(although i was harsh on my words).
after i declined the talks he decided to -rep me, try to remove his -rep and let it look like i'm trying to take his precious stuff away .
WOW.
He was +rep me days after it turn to -rep, he just come back days later and tell the key wont work when the trade is already done. Trying to talk to him first time but can't go anywhere. 8 months later, add him again and he treat me like shit and ask for high price game to remove the -rep.
