attempting to scam
Guy tried to convince me he will buyout my tf2 keys for 2.12 euro via paypal, fees on him after seeing me listing the tf2 keys. Watchout.
It appears I wasn't the only person this guy tried to trick with this "I want to buy your TF2 keys but not through steam market" bullshit.
They went as far as to make me an offer that was BELOW the peak price in the market if I agreed to trade with them outside of the market, roflmao.
Tricky but easy to see through, a quick search here in steamtrades.com and steamrep.com told the story.

This guy tried to scam me in about the same way he did to the other people here. He has two other accounts he's trying to use. All three accounts are the same guy.
He adds you after you sell some keys. Offers a better deal than what's available on the market after steam's cut. Says he's reliable. Insists on getting stuff first. Sends a link to a fake rep site. Sends screenshots of fake successful trades he's done. Says it's proof. Says he has another account with better rep. He's been doing this for years supposedly.

Watch out with this bastard, tried to scam me too. He came to my profile after i sold one key, pretended to "buy" all my keys at nice price. thank god ST exist and i noticed about his rep.

Deleted me from friends after I showed him his reputations. Definitely not trustworthy.
Scammer, attempts to circumvent the Community Market to avoid trade holds. More likely to take your items and run though, as they are a known scammer. Also has multiple alt accounts.
