Rating your games differently is okay, but giving me a -rep for not accepting something is dumb and you know it

Literally he is blaming me whae he tried to do to me, I always tell to all the traders, "trade only if you really want" and he tried to scam me with 1 cheap game for 2 that doesn't cost the same at that one, so, you can see my +reps on my steam, he is the 1st one scammer trying to leave me this negative feedback, be carefull with persons like this.
