-REP SCAMMER, was given an Arma 3 key that was purchased with a stolen credit card. Just had a reply from Bohemia Interactive Studios Support who informed me it was paid with using a stolen credit card.
UPDATE 10/1/2013
After I removed this user from my steam account on sunday after not hearing anything for over two months he immediately added me on the monday and informed me he had resolved the issues with BIS Support via phone. He gave me a new key for Arma 3 Deluxe which I immediately mailed the details to BIS Support for confirmation of legitimacy. They contacted me first thing in the morning and told me this key was also bought using from fraudulent transaction. Make no mistake this user is a scammer selling keys bought with stolen card information.
This user has not given me fake -Rep claiming that the second key he 'gave' me wasn't paid for but I'll let the evidence speak for itself.
