It's been 2 weeks so far,

He shouldn't have made any deals which he can't do( or should I say he doesn't want to do ? ). We had a deal for his 2 ghostbusters cd keys in exchange with my Outlast Steam Copy. He had a lot of cd keys during the sale but he traded them with other people ( even those who contacted him 3 days after I did ). After waiting 4 days, I thought I could speed up the process by sending him the game first. As you can guess nothing happened, afer a couple days later he told me that the sale is over and he's unable to buy cd keys untill the next sale.

I'm NOT saying He's a scammer (yet). But totally a time waster.
