-rep do not trust his words, this guy does not seem to understand what does site RULE and FAQ mean. avoid trading with him or take the risk on your own. i reported him to steamtrades admin for his fake feedback, he is making fake accounts to give me negative feedback all for same reason or atleast asking his friends to it. there was no trade made between me and this person if he offered you anything just ignore it or deal with negative feedback because he can not understand what does FAQ say on this site that he is not allowed to post feedback when there was no trade done because his offer was denied!
