I traded for Arma 3 a few months back, and everything was fine until I woke up this morning and got a message from Steam on my desktop. It said there was an issue with the game traded due to a payment processing error. I no longer have Arma 3 which I traded from you so I have no choice but to leave a negative feedback, sorry.

Do not try to solve the case but immediately gives Negative ... He set the profile to private and no contact. He do nothing to solve problem.
