Edit: Turns out the key of Watch Paint Dry that he sold me was already used when I tried to activate, and when I tried to add him I received a message that I was blocked by the user so I couldn't add him again to talk about it.
When I wrote on his steam profile comment board by using another account, he later canceled the message without trying to get in touch.
Also, his profile description says "I have no rules because no one will follow them anyways"
