Gave me negative because I wasn't able to give him the game he wanted through my own error. I haven't got his key any longer and explained this to him. Trade was never completed and the game he offered is still NOT in my account as I no longer have access to the key. If I was to add the game I would record myself adding it to my account with the key I received through regular channels and NOT his key. I'm happy to prove by whatever means he likes. I told him I don't have his key anymore, it's up to him to believe me or not. If / When he does trade for the game I hope he decides to remove the negative he gave me and I will do likewise.
Bit of advise. before posting a key instantly after someone says "hi" wait a few moments to actually talk to them first!!!!!
