me too :(, starbound was removed...
He traded me a copy of Starbound December 7. Last week, Steam removed it from my account, fraudulent payment. Supposedly, he bought all copies at Humble Store. I´ve been waiting for 1 week, asking him for my 3 TF2 keys, but he always answers that another person scammed him too and he can´t refund me my 3 keys.
Now I have no keys neither my game.
Same problem here, Starbound got removed from my account 3 weeks after i got it from him.

Here we go... My Starbound copy which I traded here was removed from Steam yesterday (due payment issues). The account is davedave9 and his Steamprofile here. The guy told me he bought it via Humble Bundle Store. I´ll contact him via Steam and hopefully get an answer.
After the problem is sort out I will remove the negative rep.
