tl;dr
( Was given a Region Locked game to Hong Kong after I used his referral link,
he didn't state it was Region Locked or claim responsibility.
He just ended the trade on a "Too bad".)
On the 10th / December / 2017,
I used NEO's Humble referral link which he would then give me "Axiom Verge" STEAM Key.
A week passed and he was awaiting for Humble to 'validate' the referral.
He changed his mind after 'confirming that Humble credited him, and didn't want to give me "Axiom Verge" anymore.
(I saw his game count rise and he claimed it himself)
I was forced to choose another one of his games NOT listed in the thread, "South Park The Stick of Truth".
I attempted to use his key on STEAM, but it was region locked to Hong Kong.
(No doubt he was fully aware it was region locked and was trying to get rid of it, and is probably using this tactic countless times)
I asked him for a followup game, or something that actually works for me, but he apparantly has "connection issues", "busy with work", "I never messaged him" and "he didn't see it".

A few days later in the initial thread below, he changes his story and states it was actually a Uplay code.
It was 'never' going to work on Steam to begin with.

I had only wished OP had stated Region Lock or had better communication skills and responsibility for his F up.

Dude why didn't you post the entire convo? You literally kept harassing me, and it wasn't "region locked" since its a Uplay key. And you're wrong, it was just a misunderstanding. Also, you technically never used the Humble Monthly ref link since its ONLY for new subscribers. And you clearly knew that dude
The guy completed his part of deal.
Not ASAP, but as real person, and not an automated service, 24h gap is pretty much okay.
Overall, he is trustworthy.
