Please don't let this guy steal from another person.
He added me as a friend in Steam and asked to buy a key game.

I accepted the deal with the promise he would send me the funds via paypal.
He used the key with a different steam account and told the key was duplicate.
I contacted Steam Support to check date and time the key was used (printscreen link: https://imgur.com/oPTw5v7).
At the same time he told the key was a duplicate, the key was used. (Check chat time stamp, I am at GMT-3 time zone)
Possibly he has 2 accounts. These account that seems realible and a second account to download stolen games.
He is so guilty that some minutes ago he erased the message he sent me via Steamtrades.
