Well, I guess I had to give my experience before .... since another person was affected by the bad management of this guy ("panda").
Disclaimer:
- Panda, don't take it wrong, you finally gave me my keys, but what you did was wrong and now another person was affected.
- I give +rep because the operation finally was successful, but you should consider many things before trading with him and according to that, you should consider if you risk trading with him or not.

Now, my operation with him finally went well ... but you have to specify things before exchanging with this guy. Without prejudice to all this, I have given him +rep because the transaction was successful, but I hope that the person is well informed. Now, these clarifications are as follows:

This guy gives false information, first this guy is supposed to be from India, however, when I asked him for a way to contact him to send him screen, since I was on my cell phone and he wouldn't let me send him screen.... he sent me a telegram number if I remember correctly... a Russian number or from another country, but it was not from India.

This guy is dishonest, as you can see... this person hides relevant information to operate... if he had that background that the account to which he was sending the money was a third party... he would not have operated as such.

If you send money through binance, be careful, because this account belongs to a third party, so if this third party is not connected, this person called in steam "panda" will not send you what was agreed and will excuse himself with a thousand stupid things that do not add or subtract to the matter...
He say than he have good reputation and good religious values, however, be careful again ...
In conclusion, based on my experience with him I would say to take precautions and see if you run the risk of being scammed or not.... If you ask me if he is a scammer? I would say no, because the transaction was finally done and it went well, however, I would not trade with him again for all the above mentioned reasons.

A couple of hours later the trade was canceled because the keys were no longer available. I check his inventory and he no longer has the keys, which means that he was aware that he did not give me the keys and sent them to another place
